You have the option to report bullying online using the form below or you may download the paper copy and submit it to the school office.
PLEASE NOTE: Bullying Incident Reports filled out anonymously will not be investigated. Counseling services are confidential, so there is no reason to file a report anonymously. Privacy is always protected.
Additionally, when filing a report it is essential to include the first AND last names of both the bully and the victim. There are over 700 students in the school, so it is incredibly difficult to investigate an incident on simply a first name. If you are not aware of the person's last name, please ask your friends or stop by the office and ask to look at a yearbook. If you do not feel comfortable providing these details online, please see your counselor in person.
